License & subscriptions
FKNGYM uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page links to the governing license and explains how App Store subscriptions work.
Your use of FKNGYM is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Read the full agreement for the license scope, permitted use, termination, warranties, liability, and applicable law. This page is explanatory and does not replace or modify that agreement or mandatory consumer rights.
FKNGYM offers monthly and annual subscriptions for paid statistics features. Both periods provide the same subscription access. Before you confirm a purchase, the App Store screen shows the included features, full local price, billing period, and any offer available to your Apple Account. Prices and offer availability may vary by country or region.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or when an eligible free trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period unless canceled before renewal. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
A trial is available only when offered on the purchase screen and when your account is eligible. That screen shows its duration and the price charged afterward. If you do not want a trial to renew into a paid subscription, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FKNGYM. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. The subscription screen shows when access ends; trial access may end when canceled. Purchase restoration and refund help are available on our support page. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple, subject to eligibility and applicable consumer rights.
Section (g) of the Apple Standard EULA sets out restrictions on use, export, and re-export, including applicable U.S. and local laws, embargoes, restricted parties, and prohibited end uses. Refer to that section for the full terms.
